Return Policy and Procedure

The most important thing to us here at The Artemis Company is our customers. We put a lot of time and effort into creating procedures and products that you will love, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns up to 7 business days after your order is delivered. No questions asked. In order to return your purchase within the 7 business day period, the product in question must be returned in the same condition as originally received by you. (The seven day period begins the day that the package is delivered, and ends at midnight of the seventh day. Any returns shipped before midnight of the seventh day will be considered within this window.) We do offer exchanges if requested.

If you wish to return your purchase after the 7 business day period has passed, or you wish to request a refund, simply send an email detailing your request to contact@theartemiscompany.org. If there is an issue with your order, providing pictures of the problem may help expedite the process. We will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible to remedy the situation. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Please follow the following guidelines when mailing back a return.

  1. If you decide to return your purchase within the 7 business day window, please send an email to contact@theartemiscompany.org before you ship to let us know that you will be sending it back. Please include the order number, and if you would like a refund or to exchange for a product of the same value.
  2. All return shipments must be shipped via USPS. If you ship using an other carrier, we will not be able to receive the package.
  3. If possible, please return the shipment in the same shipping box you received it in. This will help maintain the quality of the product during the shipping process.
  4. The product must be returned in its original product packaging box in the same condition you received it in.
  5. All returns must be shipped via USPS to PO Box #916 Shalimar, FL 32579 
  6. Please hold on to your shipping receipt and tracking number to ensure proper delivery of your return. It is your responsibility to ensure the package is delivered properly.
  7. Once we receive your return package and verify its condition, we will contact you to let you know that your return has been received, and we will process your refund or ship you requested exchange product.
